Who Are We?
Meet Chef Moe, a self-made chef born in Ivory Coast, West Africa, whose culinary journey began in his mother’s modest kitchen. He moved to America in his teens where his palate grew and his passion was formed. With no formal training but a deep love for food, he crafts each dish with soul, drawing from generations of traditional African recipes infused with his own journey through the Black American culture. Moe cooks with an abundance of love, using bold flavors & aromatic spices to bring warmth and complexity to his meals. His dishes carry the essence of home, community, and celebration. Chef Moe not only feeds the body but also tells the story of his journey of resilience and strength, one flavorful bite at a time.
Eden’s Park is named after Moe’s daughter, who shares his love for cooking—especially when it comes to tasting everything he makes. Always eager to offer her honest opinions, she plays a key role in helping Moe fine-tune his dishes. One day, she will become the face of Eden’s Park, proudly carrying on Moe’s legacy with the same passion and heart that inspired it from the beginning.
